Direction to Use

1. Shake before using to loosen powder.
2. Mix small amount (2~3 grains of rice size) of powder with a skin care product of a choice (toner, serum, or moisturizer) in the palm of your hand.
3. Smooth the mixture onto clean face and neck. For best results, apply twice daily, morning and evening.

Precautions for Storage

Please store away from the direct sunlight and direct contact with water. Also, make sure to keep the bottle closed when not in use.

This is my first time using a vitamin C product and I heard it might sting on first use. What is a good way to use it?

Originally, the recommended amount to use at once is an amount about the size of 2 to 3 grains of rice.

If it’s your first time using a vitamin C product or if you’re concerned because you have sensitive skin, we think it is desirable to start with a smaller amount and then gradually increase it.

Also, applying ample amount of moisturizer before using Face Brightening Powder can help reduce sting or itchiness that may be experienced by the first time users.

Alternatively, you can also perform a test by mixing it with a base product and applying it to soft skin (e.g., onto the inner arm or at the back of the ear). If no problem occurs after observing it during a certain period of time, you can feel confident about using it. Please choose the way you prefer.

How much should I use at a time?

You should spray it evenly over the entire scalp in a way that lightly wets the scalp rather than intensively applying it to certain 'trouble' sites. When spraying, please part your hair starting from the top of the head. Then, evenly spray the well shaken and mixed product over the entire scalp by placing the spray opening close to the scalp. Finally, lightly massage the scalp to enable good absorption. * Please note that while this product was designed as a 1 month supply, the period might vary depending on the amount used, frequency of use, and the area of the scalp.

How long can I use Vitabrid C12 Hair after mixing?

The mixture of the powder and tonic should be used within 1 month. We do not recommend using the mixture after 1 month, because all storage conditions are different and we have not been able to test stability for all possible scenarios.

For up to 45 days after mixing, there will be no problems in terms of the efficacy of the product. However, please remember that for satisfactory use, you must apply a sufficient amount of the product to the scalp and hair.

How long will it take for my hair to grow?

The Hair Tonic Professional helps provide basic care for the health of your scalp and hair. Hair Tonic and Hair Powder improve the scalp's condition and help the scalp build its autogenic power to autonomously control the cycle, enhancing the health of the scalp and hairs. Vitabrid C12 Hair maintains its effects for at least 6 months when you use it twice daily for 3 months. Discontinuing the use of the product does not immediately eliminate the product’s effects. We recommend using the product for at least 3 months, but please note that the point in time at which you may see visible effects may vary, depending on the cause of your hair loss and your individual living environment. Some customers see effects as early as after 1 month of use, while others see effects after 4 or 5 months of use.

When is it best to use Hair Tonic? Before or after shampoo?

The Hair Tonic Professional adsorbs bodily wastes, so it is fine to use the product even if you haven't washed your hair. But we recommend applying it after shampooing and lightly drying your hair because the scalp will obviously be cleaner.

Can I blow-dry my hair after applying Vitabrid C12 Hair?

We recommend allowing your hair to dry naturally after using Vitabrid C12 Hair, and lightly massaging the scalp. There will be no problem if you dry your hair with cool air. The vitamin C contained in Vitabrid C12 Hair is stable, but heat dries the scalp itself so we recommend natural drying if possible. If you still need to use hot air for drying, we recommend that you try as best you can to ensure the hot air does not directly contact your scalp.


Is your product vegan?

Our product is not certified vegan at the moment. It contains no animal-origin ingredients

Is your product cruelty-free?

We do not carry out animal testing on our finished products.

Can I purchase Vitabrid products on Amazon or other third party sellers?

We highly recommend buying products from our official website directly as no customer service or the authencity of the product is guaranteed when the products are purchased from the other third-party sellers.

I have heard that vitamin C products should only be used at night. Is it okay to use a vitamin C product in the morning, or during the day?

Vitabrid C12 Face is a vitamin C cosmetic that has overcome the conventional limitations of vitamin C cosmetics. General vitamin C cosmetics have a limitation in that the vitamin C is oxidized and destroyed by sunlight, water or heat, so it is recommended to apply them at night. However, Vitabrid C12 Face protects the vitamin C in its formulation, enabling it to be delivered to the skin for 12 hours thanks to its dual-stabilization technology, so that you can use it whenever you want.

Are there any toxic ingredients blended in? (flavoring, synthetic flavor, mineral oil, paraben, ultraviolet ray absorbent, silicon)

What's the recommended amount of FACE Brightening Powder per use?

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Once you submit your order, processing takes 2 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Enjoy!

Usually, carrier marks their packages delivered but they are actually on their way.

I'm having problems with the tracking

Oh no! In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via We’ll get it sorted out.

Can I change my shipping address during delivery?

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is not possible to make changes to the shipping address on our side. Please contact the carrier agency directly, if possible.

However, if you let us know as soon as your order is submitted, we have a better chance of successful change of your shipping address before the shipment leaves our warehouse.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally, it takes about 5~7 business days. However, since we are taking extra measures at our fulfillment centers to combat COVID-19, shipments are slightly delayed and we cannot guarantee a delivery date at this time.
